Vent won't run while i am in game. Do any of you guys have this problem and do any of you know how to fix it?

Have you tried running both the game and vent as an Administrator?
Just right-click->run as administrator
Do it for one, then do it for the other.

Vent information is in the Announcement section of these forums and within the Guild Message of the day ingame.
