Please Help... desperate :)

I recently had my computer wiped clean, and after taking a bit of a hiatus I seem to have failed to remember my login info to get back into GW2. It has come to a series of questions in order to to get the support staff to change my password for me and one question was what guild was I a part of and what was my status. I am pretty sure I was once a member of this guild and was hoping whether somebody
could confirm for me.

My name was Soulona Cone and would have been a lvl 80 norn guardian, or close to lvl 80.
