Several guild members have expressed the desire to create some scheduled dungeon runs. Personally, I think that would be a great idea as some Jadites are not on all the time and having a scheduled run would make dungeons more accessible to them. Not sure if we need to schedule for weekdays, weekends, or both but please share your thoughts on this!

I'd like weeknights anywhere from 6:30 to midnight (but I know some need to get up early and early would be better). If we set times we could put together our night plans (dinner, animal care, etc.). As long as I take care of things ahead of time I can spend hours doing runs).
Thanks Rose!!

i believe the easiest way to do this is set up a poll on here that way people can check what works for them and we can get a good sense of the best time. Thinking of setting up a poll for guild missions also

The easiest way to set these up is just have one person be the 'organizer', and then that person picks a time and hopefully four people are interested at said time.

Yup Vec has it right. I have a group that runs Wednesday nights. We start at 8 and go till about 11:00 central time. I've got 4 regulars now that show up every week and we're starting to get into a pretty good groove of getting through at least 2 paths each week.
The hardest part of getting it started is to get people to understand what you need. I had some people who were interested and sure they were on at 8 on Wednesdays but they would usually be doing something else and we'd spend 1/2 hr trying to fill their spot. You need to make it clear that if a person wants to run then it really is a commitment that they will be on and ready at the specified time. It's not that your trying to be elitist but you may only have 2 or 3 hrs to play and if you have to waste time looking for a fill in or pug it really cuts into what you can get done each week. The whole point of forming the team is to make the most of limited playing time.
It's a fine line and people who can play 10-15hrs a week don't appreciate the urgency of those of us who are only on for maybe 3-4hrs and need to make the most of it. So start a thread, be clear about the time and the commitment you are looking for and I bet you'll find some like minded Jadites out there.
