I'm Xanthilas (Zane, and many variations thereof) and I've been playing RPG's since the paper & pencil days.... I know alot of ya'll were even born in the 80's. LOL Anyways I enjoy RPG's. When computer's became a big hit in the 90's I switched to SP RPG's up until UO (Ultima Online) and got real hot in heavy with 7 accounts on the Baja server for about 7 yrs.
Basically 4 month's after WoW came out I finally turned off my UO accounts. So for the next 8ish yrs. (Both accounts still active until 27th of this month) I've been playing WoW. I did finally get my wife into playing WoW which she had never played video games or used a computer for that matter much.
Couple of yrs ago we tried Rift... it wasn't bad, but we ended up sticking with WoW. I found GW2 about a week ago, youtube'd it and decided to try it. Let the wifey make a tune and she played all day one day. So I've been playing for like 7 days and she's been playing for 4 days.
We are currently in a guild EO, but I'm looking for more of a family guild. So I did talk with Bllades tonight and I'll talk to the wifey in the morning, but from what I have read on the website, I think we'd fit better here.
