Hello. I saw your ad for members on the GW2 forums and would like to join. I'm utterly new and currently on the wrong server, but you guys seem like a good match for me, so I figured I'd just transfer. Is there anything I need to do to sign up?

This was plenty.  What's your in-game name? If it's roane (wildcard?), I just sent you an invite Don't worry about the transfer issue. Transferring is pretty simple to do at the login screen. Darkhaven is occasionally full, but you'll get in if you're persistant! Look forward to seeing you soon. -V |

Glad to have you with us and if you ever need help with anything just poke us in guild chat (/g) Once you accept V's invitation to Jaded, open the guild panel by clicking G and click Represent. Then you will be able to see and participate in guild chat. You'll also be able to check out the roster and guild upgrades. See ya in-game! |

Vecuu, the name of the Asura engineer I'm running is Archimedaes. I'm not sure if you need that or the user name, which is roane.9623. I didn't see an invite; I assume that would go into my mail? I also would think I'd need to be on the same server, but I failed to do that; it's currently full. I'll keep trying.
I'm looking forward to seeing you all in-game!

Sending a guild invite takes either a full username or a character name, so I went ahead and sent you another invite. Sorry, Vecuu  When you receive the invite it will be listed under the guild tab. Though you must be on Darkhaven to partake in glorious battle with us, it isn't necessary to accept the invite or join into our chat. So no worries Welcome to Jaded, roane! |

Thanks for sending along that invite, Dusk! The best time(s) to try a server transfer is during off-peak hours, which would most likely be somewhere between midnight and 7:00a.m. Keep trying! You'll get in See you in-game! |

I'll look for the new invite when I get a chance to log in tonight - probably around 8 pst. I tried to transfer again this morning before heading to work, but no dice. I imagine usage will start slowing down around 10 or 11 my time (PST), so we'll see how it goes then.
Either way, I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.
